FAQ

Every piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days, followed by delivery: an estimated 5 to 7 business days within the United States, longer internationally. Full estimates are on the shipping page.

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves production.

Production begins shortly after you order. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help if production has not yet started.

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, collected by the carrier on delivery.

Most of the line is cut loose: wide through the body, dropped at the shoulder. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or one size down for a closer line. The Essential Tee is a regular fit and true to size. Studio pieces are cut close to the body and stretch; take your usual size. Garment measurements are on each product page and in the size guide.

Mineral and sun-fade washes are applied garment by garment, so tone and fading vary. No two pieces are identical.

Cold, inside out, with like colors, and dried on a low heat or on a line. See garment care.

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Details are on the returns page.
